Arthur TV is a British commentary YouTuber, originally from Jersey.
We met up in London as I was back in the UK for a short period of time and we had some stuff to chat about. Arthur’s channel grew quickly due to his commentary videos about the old British TV show ‘Airline’, which was based on EasyJet staff dealing with airline passengers losing their… as Arthur called it in his 18 part series.
Arthur TV also does other commentary videos on reality TV shows like Come Dine With Me, 90 Day Fiancé and other shows of a similar format.
Arthur goes out of his way to ensure that his commentary videos actually entertain his audience, which is why he has grown so quickly, whereas similar channels struggle to gain an audience. However, Arthur originally didn’t show his face on his channel due to his prospective career in law. One stupid thing online could ruin your whole career, especially if that career is in law. We also talk about this during this episode, along with other important topics that if you’re a wannabe YouTuber, you must listen to.
When you start to grow on YouTube, you’ll come across vultures, whether that’s individuals trying to grab some views, companies trying to steal your money, or literal scammers who want to hack your channel. We chat about some of this within the episode, especially MCN’s (Multi Channel Networks), which should be avoided at all costs. They give NO benefits, and steal your money – do not be fooled.
